At first, I was fearful the kettlebell would cause me to get too muscular, big and bulky, while I was aiming for a slim and tone appearance. This wasn’t the case. Kettlebell training along with Gary’s cutting edge core concepts helped me tone up my lower body(quads,hamstrings,glutes)in a short amount of time. The high intensity workouts can be very challenging but I saw noticeable results in about 3 or 4 weeks. If you are bored with aerobics classes, power walking or your everyday routine-I definitely recommend training with Gary at Fitness Xperience. I never thought I had a need for a personal trainer but I quickly realized the benefits of working with a professional trainer. Gary pushed me to set higher goals and accomplish them by being motivational, challenging and taking a new and exciting approach to physical fitness..
